Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

Travel is included for locations within 40 miles of downtown San Antonio. Locations beyond 40 miles may require a travel fee, confirmed before booking.

What happens if the weather is unfavorable for an outdoor shoot?

Weather can be unpredictable. If conditions are not suitable for an outdoor session, we’ll work together to reschedule at no additional cost. I’ll stay in touch as the date approaches and make the final call based on safety and shooting conditions.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your session. This deposit is applied toward the total session price and is not an additional fee. Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice, and the deposit will transfer to the new date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions, will forfeit the deposit. Weather-related rescheduling will not result in an additional fee.

Will my photos be shared online?

Yes. Selected images from your session may be posted on my website, social media, or other marketing materials. Images posted publicly will be displayed for viewing only and cannot be downloaded. Your complete gallery will remain password-protected and available only to you and anyone you choose to share it with.

When can I expect to get my photos back?

Clients will receive their photos through a password-protected digital gallery within four weeks of the session. The number of edited images included depends on the package selected. Additional details can be found on the Pricing page.

No experience needed! I’ll guide you through natural poses and prompts throughout the session so you never have to wonder what to do. I’m also happy to help with outfit coordination beforehand to make sure colors and styles work well together.
